We’re looking for an 工程经理 to join us at Co-op and support our Engineering teams. In this role you’ll work in a hybrid way – occasionally travelling into our 全球最大的博彩平台 office for team days, 会议, and events etc (find out more about our hybrid working policy 的同事们.鸡笼.co.英国/ hybrid-working-policy).

作为工程经理, you’ll manage and mentor a group of up to 15 of our engineering 的同事们 – coaching them in both their technical and professional development. We’re flexible when it comes to your technology background, but we’d like you to be strong in modern application/infrastructure development practices.

• Manage and mentor a group of up to 15 engineers at all levels, 来自不同的专业, 跨多个团队
• Help to grow and continuously develop our community of engineers
• Coach and guide our engineers in their personal and professional development
• Coach and guide our engineers from a technical perspective, using your knowledge and experience to help them develop their skills
• Build meaningful relationships and work collaboratively with other engineering managers, 技术负责人, 和Co-op的产品经理
• Support our recruitment activity; getting involved in interviews, assessments, onboarding etc.
• Work closely with external partners and be an advocate for our engineering community, collaborating with industry organisations and events

• A good knowledge of, and experience with, at least one programming language (e.g. Java, c#， Python, JavaScript等.)
• Alternatively, knowledge in infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, Puppet, Chef) or cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS、Azure、GCP)
• Alternatively, knowledge and experience from a quality assurance background (e.g. 质量指导，敏捷测试)
• Great communication and relationship-building skills
